Welcome to Hajime Uno’s page.
I am an
Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School,
and Principal Biostatistician, the Director of the Statistical Programming Core at the
Division of Population Sciences, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
I lead the Uno1Lab, where we focus on statistical methodology research to advance clinical and observational studies.
Our work includes survival analysis, causal inference, and prediction modeling, aiming to refine and develop statistical methods that improve the rigor and efficiency of medical research.
In addition to my methodological research, I direct the Statistical Programming Core, which provides statistical support for collaborative cancer clinical research.
Our team of statisticians works closely with oncologists and health services researchers on projects related to cancer outcomes, cancer genetics, and health services research.
Through this core, we contribute statistical expertise to enhance study design, data analysis, and scientific interpretation.
